OUR STORY
Founded by three friends — Jack Edwards, Tanner Connors, and Charlie Phelan — Palmetto Pressure Pros was built on a shared work ethic and a mission to bring a new level of professionalism and pride to Charleston’s exterior cleaning industry. After years spent growing multiple service-based businesses together, the team set out to create a company defined by hard work, dependability, and results that last.
As leaders on our collegiate rugby teams — at the University of South Carolina and Elon University — we learned discipline, teamwork, and accountability. These values now shape the standard we bring to every project.

ChARLIE PHELAN
As Co-Captain of the Gamecock Men’s Rugby Team, he learned accountability, teamwork, and perseverance — traits that translate directly into his leadership in the field.

Majoring in Real Estate and Finance, Charlie pairs academic focus with a relentless work ethic.​ His attention to detail and commitment to service raise the bar for the entire team.
JACK EDWARDS
Jack brings over five years of experience in business development and operations, founding and scaling multiple home service companies from the ground up.
A Biology Pre-Med major with a minor in Entrepreneurship at the University of South Carolina, Jack blends precision and leadership, sharpened as President of the Gamecock Men’s Rugby Team, with the drive to elevate every client experience.
TANNER CONNORS
Tanner offers a disciplined operational and financial approach to the team. With industry experience at Vertigo Real Estate Ventures and several years in the home service sector, he’s developed a strong understanding of logistics, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Graduating as a Finance & Accounting student at Elon University, Tanner brings structure and a polished business mindset to each project.
