Whether we’re restoring driveways, washing homes, or cleaning commercial properties, we bring the same mindset every time: show up ready, work until it’s right, and never cut corners.

Founded by three friends — Jack Edwards, Tanner Connors, and Charlie Phelan — Palmetto Pressure Pros was built on experience, ambition, and trust. After working together across several successful service-based businesses, they set out to bring a new level of professionalism, energy, and pride to the Charleston area — betting on themselves and their work ethic above anything else.

Jack Edwards
Brings over five years of experience in business development and operations, having scaled multiple service companies from the ground up. A Biology Pre-Med major with a minor in Entrepreneurship at the University of South Carolina, Jack combines precision and leadership — honed as President of the Gamecock Men’s Rugby Team — with a drive to improve every system and customer experience.
Tanner Connors
Contributes a sharp financial and operational perspective to the team. With several years in the moving industry and experience at Vertigo Real Estate Ventures, he’s built a deep understanding of efficiency, logistics, and client satisfaction. A Finance and Accounting student at Elon University, Tanner’s leadership in Sigma Chi and exposure to private equity bring a polished business mindset to each project.

Charlie Phelan
Majoring in Real Estate and Finance and on track to graduate summa cum laude, Charlie blends academic discipline with a hands-on, relentless approach. As Captain of the Gamecock Men’s Rugby Team, he’s learned the importance of teamwork, accountability, and perseverance — values that translate directly into how he leads in business. His attention to detail and commitment to client relationships raise the standard for the entire team.
